Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to SlowDmG Guardian, the related web panel and associated services provided by VirexonLabs. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

SlowDmG Guardian is a Discord bot with an associated web panel. Depending on the active plan and configuration, the service may include moderation, security, tickets, automation, reaction roles, self roles, leveling, economy systems, minigames and related management tools.

Some parts of the service may still be in Early Access. Features, limits and behavior may change during ongoing development. We aim for stable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability at all times.

To use the service, you must have a valid Discord account, comply with Discord's rules and be authorized to manage the relevant server where required. You must also meet Discord's applicable age requirements.

You may use the service only for legitimate server management and community operations. This includes configuring allowed modules, protecting your server and using enabled features within the limits of your selected plan.

You may not misuse the service to harm others, bypass security restrictions, scrape protected panel areas, distribute unlawful content, share protected access with unauthorized persons or attempt unauthorized modification or reverse engineering of the service.

Paid plans unlock additional modules, limits or operational features for the selected server. Subscription plans renew automatically until they are cancelled through the available billing management flow, such as the Stripe customer portal where offered. If a subscription is cancelled, premium access normally remains active until the end of the already paid billing period unless Stripe, the payment method or mandatory law requires different handling. Lifetime purchases are one-time payments tied to the purchased product offering and selected server context. 'Lifetime' refers to the lifetime of that product offering, not the lifetime of any individual person or Discord account.

Payments for digital services are generally non-refundable once the paid access has been provisioned, unless a refund is required by mandatory law or granted by us in writing. This does not affect corrections for duplicate charges, obvious billing errors or failed premium activation caused by a confirmed payment processing issue. Opening an unjustified chargeback, reversing a valid payment without prior clarification or abusing the billing system may result in suspension of the affected premium access while the case is being reviewed.

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VirexonLabs is not liable for outages, third-party platform failures, configuration errors, indirect damages or loss of profits. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if the service is abused or if continued operation would create security or legal risk. You may stop using the service at any time by removing the bot and discontinuing panel access.

We may update the service, pricing, module access or these Terms of Use from time to time. Price or feature changes generally apply to future purchases, renewals or plan changes unless a different effective date is required for legal or operational reasons. The current version will always be published on this page. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany, excluding conflict-of-law rules where legally applicable.
