When you sign in to the panel through Discord, we process the Discord account data and access data required to authenticate you and protect the panel. This may include your Discord user ID, username, avatar, the Discord servers visible to your account, ownership and permission flags, a server-side login session, a necessary session cookie and internal security values such as CSRF protection tokens.

To provide the bot and panel features you enable, we process server-related and operational data. Depending on your configuration, this can include server IDs and names, channels, roles, members, moderation records, warnings, verification data, ticket content and transcripts, audit-style logs, reminder data, level and economy progress, application data, backup metadata and uploaded assets such as welcome images or other administrator-provided media.

If a paid plan is purchased, we also process billing-related data needed to activate and manage premium access. This can include the linked server, selected plan, billing cycle, Stripe customer references, subscription or payment status, invoice references, webhook event logs and limited billing contact data such as name or email when provided during checkout.

The panel uses a necessary session cookie to keep you signed in and protect authenticated requests. This cookie is required for login, server selection and secure panel usage. We do not use the landing page or panel for advertising cookies or third-party marketing trackers.

We process personal data to provide the requested service, manage premium subscriptions, secure the panel and bot environment, prevent abuse, investigate incidents and meet legal accounting or compliance obligations. The main legal bases are Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where processing is necessary to provide the service, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for legitimate interests such as security and abuse prevention, and Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR where legal retention or accounting duties apply.

Data is processed by VirexonLabs and may be handled by infrastructure and service providers acting on our behalf where needed to operate the service. The most relevant third-party services are Discord for OAuth, bot interactions and server data, and Stripe for premium checkout, invoicing and subscription management. Session data is retained only for the lifetime of the secure panel session and expires automatically. Operational server data is kept for as long as it is needed to provide configured features, maintain security history, operate backups or resolve abuse and support cases. Billing and invoice-related records may be retained for longer where required for accounting, fraud prevention or legal compliance.

Depending on the applicable law, you may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, and the right to data portability where applicable.
